The Bell House is presently being restored to a family dwelling. For the last half of the past century the house was utilized as a multi-unit dwelling. The house was first divided into three suites during the Second World War. Later in the war two additional suites were established.
W.J.Bell was one of those involved with the early construction of the University of Saskatchewan.
