This little house was built in 1907 as the Saskatoon Board of Trade office. It was moved to its present location from south of the Canadian National Station on First Avenue in 1920. The little building lost some of the frills after the move. The awnings and frieze (with the "Board of Trade" written on it), all were removed. The metal roof has also been replaced and a small kitchen has been added to the rear. The little house still shows some of the original elegance which its architect, Neil Stewart, thought appropriate for its purpose.
